Magnus Cards Research for Banking
Qualatative UX Researcher
Magnus Cards is a digital app meant to guide people in completing complex tasks, in a step-by-step format, especially for people who are neurodiverse and have cognitive disabilities.

I spearheaded the project to understand how to implement this product in our mobile banking. This discovery research is meant. to understand the challenges that one may have with banking tasks. Magnus Card Example.
Pespi-Co SodaStream Project
UX Researcher/UI Designer
Worked under the Design Innovation Team, to create sustainable solutions for the Soda Stream product through competitive analysis.
Reduced the hassle of CO2 replenishment user experience, through a revamped system. Designed a way to track the CO2 fill level for the SodaStream product.

Trauma-Informed UX Research Workshop
Guest Professor
Taught a lecture/workshop with UNCC (University of North Carolina at Charlotte) UX Research students, as they prepared for their final senior projects. Discussed "Designing a Less Extractive UX Research Practice", and how applies their project topics relating to Charlotte homelessness, Affordable housing, Effects of Gun Violence on Mental health, and more.
